Leadership Journey

As part of a leadership team, you are on a continuous journey together. This multi-part offering delivered over several months, will set up your team for success. Most elements are delivered virtually to minimize cost and maximize convenience, but in-person options are also available.

Approach

We don’t think it is possible to address everything your team needs to do to be successful together - in just one offsite meeting.

Therefore, we program a total of 8 key activities over a 24-month period (generally 1 per quarter).

  1. Observation of an executive team meeting, including a working session on team dynamics

  2. Leadership team effectiveness assessment, including a working session based on the findings

  3. Selected leadership team effectiveness exercises facilitated by our expert consultant(s)

  4. Executive team 360s, including private debriefs of the findings for each individual

  5. Facilitated leadership team goal setting exercise

  6. Facilitated “6 Questions for Clarity” workshop

  7. Audit of management meetings and design of an optimized framework

  8. Audit of key management processes, including a working session based on the findings

Minimal preparation is required by leadership team participants in these exercises. This is a fully turnkey solution which will drive the effectiveness of your team. Also, we can be somewhat flexible with the sequencing and scheduling of these activities, and are happy to discuss the details in more detail.

Pricing

The full Leadership Journey, covering 8 activities over (usually) 24 months is priced at a flat fee of $5,000 per month ($120K total), plus any travel-related expenses.
