    Andrew Bartlow

    Andrew Bartlow has 25 years of Human Resources and Talent experience at organizations across a wide variety of sizes, stages, and industries. He is the co-author of “Scaling for Success: People Priorities for High Growth Organizations”, has a masters degree from the top program in the HR field, and has been CECP, SPHR, Six Sigma, and executive coaching certified. 

    Andrew serves as a private equity operating partner and venture advisor, mentors HR leaders 1on1, leads executive HR searches, and helps companies meet their goals during times of change through a proprietary organizational assessment process.

    Marie Szuts

    Marie Szuts has led the people function at a number of high-growth, tech-focused organizations, including Figma. She began her career in the world of editorial content and led teams responsible for producing various specialty food magazines. These experiences working with a passionate community of readers helped shape her foundation of supporting and communicating culture.

    Today, Marie continues to take a holistic approach towards people operations, culture evolution, and human-centered processes as she coaches and advises individuals and teams. Marie holds a BA and MA from Yale University; is an advisor for a number of people leader networks, VCs, and companies; and is certified as an Executive Coach through the Hudson Institute.

    Brad Harris

    T. Brad Harris, Ph.D. is the Associate Dean of MBA Programs and a Professor of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris. He is also an affiliated professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His primary research and teaching interests include leadership, team dynamics, and HR systems in rapidly growing organizations.

    Brad has received multiple teaching awards and was named a top “40 under 40 Business School Professor” by Poets and Quants. He has co-authored two books, “Scaling for Success: People Priorities for High-Growth Organizations” (Columbia, 2021) and “3D Team Leadership: A New Approach for Complex Teams” (Stanford, 2017), and published research papers in leading journals including the Academy of Management JournalJournal of Applied PsychologyPersonnel Psychology, and Journal of Management. Brad’s work has been cited in leading popular press outlets, including the Wall Street JournalNew York TimesHarvard Business Review, NBC’s The Today ShowInc.com, and Fast Company.

    He is a former Associate Editor at the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, and currently serves on the Editorial Boards of leading academic journals such as the Journal of Applied PsychologyPersonnel PsychologyJournal of ManagementThe Leadership Quarterly, and Journal of Business and Psychology. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Texas A&M University and an Executive Coaching Diploma from Emory University. Brad’s most important role is being a father of three children.

    Carmela Krantz

    Carmela has 30 years of experience building and leading Human Resources in rapidly growing businesses. Over the course of her career, Carmela has been the first Vice President of Human Resources at nine companies, including six start-ups in diverse industries from technology to retail. 

    Carmela is a certified executive coach and the founder of WOVEN, where she puts her extensive experience to work helping clients build the kinds of companies where she would like to work.
