PLA Mastermind is an ongoing decision forum for senior HR leaders operating at higher stakes and broader scope. It provides structured peer challenge, real-time decision support, and sustained connection beyond our Accelerator program.

The Core: PLA Cohorts

Intimate cohorts of 8–12 senior HR leaders with comparable scope and complexity.

Each cohort is a structured, facilitated decision forum — focused on live business issues, not theory.

  • Monthly virtual session (2nd Tuesday, 10–11:00am PT)

  • 1–2 member decision cases per meeting

  • Group challenge, synthesis, and clear commitments

  • Professional facilitation and consistent format

Cohorts are not networking groups, content sessions, or generic roundtables.

They are structured decision forums for leaders operating with executive-level responsibility.

What Participation Looks like

Meetings follow a consistent format:

  • Annual membership to preserve continuity and trust

  • Monthly attendance and active participation

  • $1,000 / year — PLA Alumni and renewals

  • $3,000 / year — Non-Alumni
