PLA Membership is the continuation of the People Leader Accelerator experience - designed for senior HR leaders who want sustained support as they operate at higher stakes, greater complexity, and broader organizational influence.

What Is Included in PLA Membership?

At the heart of PLA Membership are PLA Circles - small, curated peer groups of experienced HR leaders navigating similar stages of growth and complexity.

Each Circle is intentionally designed to sharpen judgment, expand perspective, and support better decisions in real time.

PLA Membership Pricing

  • $2,000 / year — PLA Alumni

  • $3,000 / year — Non-Alumni

Membership includes full participation in a PLA Circle and access to the broader PLA peer community and resources.

Many members’ employers sponsor participation as part of ongoing executive development.
