Finance Fundamentals for HR with Recalc Academy

  • People Leader Accelerator San Francisco, CA United States (map)

Katie Fifer started Recalc Academy to help smart people learn spreadsheet, finance, and data skills that help them be better at their jobs. Here’s how she describes it: “Fast, effective data analysis in Excel or Google Sheets is core to so many jobs today. But after leaving private equity, I realized how few people have access to the necessary tools to master these critical skills. I started Recalc to deliver the highly practical training needed for team and career transformation.“

Strategic HR leaders make it their business to be financially adept with the metrics of their business, and these skills are beautifully taught (including fundamentals!) by the Recalc team.

Who It’s For: Designed for non-finance professionals who need to understand and interpret financial results

What You’ll Learn: Quickly read financial statements, calculate key metrics & identify trends
